Having already won the Southern Region round of the Young Enterprise Company of the Year Award 2019, the Lower Sixth pupils at Pipers Corner School, responsible for Bathe @bathebath went on win the National Finals, and then represent the UK in the European Finals.

Bathe’s ethos is driven by the girls’ passion for sustainability, education and relaxation. These handmade bath products, the scents for which have been inspired by influential, yet relatively unknown women who have empowered women over the centuries, serve not only to help customer’s relax, but also to educate through the empowerment of young women. We are delighted to be able to report that the team were crowned National Champions and then went on to represent the UK in the European Finals in Lille, France earlier this month. Whilst the Team couldn't complete the coverted treble; their success at a National level and then their presence in the European finals caps off an incredible campaign for the girls who were one to two teams from Pipers Corner School who were shortlisted for the Regional Finals.

The unique product the girls’ are selling, Such was the quality of their product and business plan, the team secured corporate investment of £20,000 helping the team to grow this incredible “start-up”. Their success at the regional stage was recognised by the University of Buckingham who awarded all 11 members of the Pipers Team full scholarships on their BSc Business Enterprise course in September 2020. Bathe’s Vice President Mailena C said “With strong work ethic Bathe has shown the nation the power that women in business hold now we aspire to show the rest of the world”. The girls’ success at the National Level has brought additional accolades and we are confident that more will follow over the coming weeks and months.
