Whole School Pre-Prep and Prep

Girls from Pipers Corner School have been "doing their thing" for Children in Need this week, taking part in activities to raise money for this very worthy cause. As well as taking part in a “wear your spots” mufti day with plenty of Pudsey and Blush onesies to be seen, there was a cake sale and the first ever Staff vs. Students badminton competition. Pre-Prep girls also took part in a colouring competition.

The whole day was a fantastic example of the school community coming together to help those less fortunate than themselves. Pre-Prep are extremely proud to say they have raised an amazing £271.70 today and this total will be added to the rest of the school’s fundraising when the money is counted next week.

Miss Scott, Head of ICT and the School's Children in Need Co-ordinator, said “The day was amazing with lots of people raising money in so many different ways. Every year I am very proud of the girls at Pipers and their enthusiasm for raising money to help others.”

The theme of Children in Need this year is to encourage everyone to undertake something you love doing or something you’ve always wanted to do and they are hoping to get as many people involved as possible to change children’s lives across the UK.  You can find out more at www.bbcchildreninneed.co.uk
