Environmental Warriors

The Prep Drama Club cleverly explored two current themes in their recent production “Save Our Planet”, caring for our environment and showing respect for different cultures.

Messages about recycling and reducing global emissions were gently worked into this fun and engaging story line. Given that the club meets once a week, to produce and deliver this innovative production in such a short space of time is an admirable feat. During rehearsals the girls have grown in confidence and even carried off a few little hiccups on the day with style and determination. They performed to a fantastic audience who rewarded their hard work by leaving with smiles on their faces. 

Save Our Planet serves as a wonderful reminder that theatre is a great vehicle to educate and inspire both the cast and the audience that it touches.
