Junior Ski Trip

At the start of this term, 40 Year 6 and 7 girls took part in a ski trip to Bormio in Italy where the girls benefited from quiet slopes and a hotel on piste with superb views across the Alps.

The girls made fantastic progress in their skiing each day and it was wonderful to see even the beginners confidently tackling some of the more challenging runs by the end of the week as they pushed themselves to improve.

As well as enjoying the slopes, thee girls also had the opportunity to visit the beautiful town of Bormio for a shopping trip and were delighted to see that the Christmas decorations were still up!

Deputy Head of Prep, Miss Eagles, said “It was particularly lovely to see the girls grow in confidence and independence throughout the week. Many of them showed real resilience and perseverance, overcoming their fears as they took on more and more challenging slopes.”
