RS Whole School

To end the term, a wonderful Easter service was led by Reverend Mark Meardon and Reverend Christine Sacre of Holy Trinity Church Hazelemere, where students also came to together showcase their talent in Dance and Music.

The whole-School service began with a beautiful hymn followed by a practical demonstration of the power of community, whereby Reverend Meardon and Reverend Sacre used the analogy of making pancakes to demonstrate the value of coming together to make something extra special – just like the community at Pipers.

GCSE Dance students then performed a seasonally inspired piece to the audience of students and teachers which was visually breath-taking.  As the assembly drew to a close, Sixth Form Student Mia M sang ‘When I Survey the Wondrous Cross’ – an absolutely stunning performance.

The Service was a beautiful display of talent, faith and dedication. The message of Easter was conveyed perfectly through the performances and no doubt left a lasting impression on everyone who attended.
