Whole School Wellbeing

Taking care of oneself during times of stress is crucial and we take the responsibility of providing support and guidance to our students seriously. Within School, our Head of Wellbeing runs tailored workshops during exam times to teach practical strategies that help manage stress and offer advice on how to look after physical and mental wellbeing while studying.

We understand that a young person's thoughts, feelings and emotions underpin their ability to learn and prosper - maintaining a positive mindset and focussing on personal growth and development can help students approach exam time with a healthier perspective.

To help create a continuity of support, every teacher, carer and student has access to The Wellbeing Hub, a resource that we have subscribed to as a School – designed by experts to help understand and meet young peoples social and emotional needs.

Our students are given access to The Wellbeing Hub, via two distinct Hubs, a Junior Hub for those aged 10-13 and a Senior Hub for those aged 13+, with resources tailored specifically to support them with their mental health and wellbeing.

Questions and Answers | a huge bank of Q&As on a wide range of topics

Top Tips | short films, blogs, and tip sheets on all manner of themes

Help Zone | with links to specialist organisations.

The Wellbeing hub can be accessed both in and out of school, as a useful resource for additional support. Here is a short video that explains in more detail the benefit of using The Wellbeing Hub. To access this useful online support, please visit teentips.co.uk and login with the details provided to you by the School.

Mrs Wilde (Head of Wellbeing) has recommended the following resources on the Wellbeing Hub specifically for revision and study leave:
