Part Time ICT Technician (Term Time only)

ICT Technician - Part Time, Term Time Only (4 hours per day) 

Required Immediately 

Salary based on full-time equivalent of £23,000 to £26,000 per annum. 

We are looking for an experienced ICT Technician to work as a member of our Digital Strategy team.  Ensuring that teaching, learning and associated school administrative functions are enabled, enhanced and made more efficient by appropriate technologies. 

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to provide technical support and assist in operational maintenance of the School's ICT  infrastructure as well as working on new digital strategy projects. 

A willingness to learn new technologies and undertake occasional out of hours cover is essential.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced teacher to take charge of our thriving Prep Department in this successful GSA and IAPS girls' independent school, which benefits from the use of a range of exceptional facilities on our 96 acre site.  

Responsible to the Headmistress and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of specialist teachers, delivering a broad and balanced ambitious academic and pastoral curriculum.

Part Time Head of Careers

Part-Time Head of Careers

Required September 2019 or January 2020

We are looking for a graduate teacher to be responsible for leading and delivering Careers guidance and education to Years 7-13. 

The successful candidate would work alongside the Heads of Year in further developing our excellent Careers provision in this highly successful and thriving school. This is a part time role but could possibly be full-time with teaching a subject.

Drama Assistant

Drama Assistant (Term Time only) 

Salary £12,000 to £16,000 per annum 

Required September 2019 (Fixed term contract 1-2 years) 

This position would be suitable for a recent Drama Graduate who is seeking experience in assisting the teaching of individuals, groups and looking to develop skills with children. Previous class teaching is not essential to the post as the Performing Arts Department would offer comprehensive support and guidance where required.

The Drama Department pride themselves on the high standard of work created both in curriculum lessons and extra-curricular Drama and expect our Drama Assistant to share the same drive to create outstanding work. The successful candidate will be proactive, have excellent communication and organisational skills and work well under pressure.

Music Department Assistant

Music Department Assistant (Term Time only) 

Salary £11,000 to £16,000 per annum 

Required September 2019 (Fixed term contract 1-2 years) 

This position would be suitable for a recent Music Graduate or gap year student after A Levels, who is seeking experience of teaching and educational practice in a variety of contexts. This may include working with individuals, groups and ensembles.  

The successful candidate will be passionate about music and music-making and be of a high standard in their chosen instrument. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work independently and be flexible.

Assistant Registrar

Assistant Registrar 

Full Time, Term Time only 

We are seeking an Assistant Registrar to provide administrative support and assist the Registrar in the smooth running of the school admissions process. The successful applicant will have proven administrative experience, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team. 

Experience of working in marketing, admissions or a school office environment  is desirable but not essential.
