Year 3 Forest School Sleepover

There was a burst of excitement for Year 3 this week as our students spent a warm summer’s night on our grounds for their Forest School sleepover.

After the students put up their tents, they cooked a sumptuous pasta dinner over the fire. Before bed the group played on the zip wire, made bracelets and then retired to their tents after a tasty hot chocolate and a fascinating night vision exercise. After a good night’s sleep, croissants were baked over the fire for breakfast before a final Forest School activity where students used knives to make wands.
