Facilities Hire

 

Pipers Corner is situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, with spacious grounds extending to 96 acres.

Our facilities available for hire include:

  • 270-seater Arts Centre Theatre and adjoining Arts Centre Cafe and Upper Foyer - (light-filled meeting and events space),
  • Sports Hall
  • Indoor Swimming Pool
  • Professional Dance Studio
  • Landau Hall (traditional large-capacity hall)
  • Flood-lit astro and tarmac courts
  • Industry-grade Science Labs
  • Classrooms and modern learning-spaces.

If you have more bespoke requirements, please do reach out to us to discuss.  Occasionally we do make our external spaces, including Forest School, main School Lawn, outdoor learning environments and Wellbeing Garden available.

We do not facilitate over-night hire of any of our facilities. However, should your event extend over a weekend  or holiday period, there are plenty of places to stay nearby.

The Arts Centre Theatre, Cafe and Upper Foyer

Pipers Arts Centre is a self-contained modern building, comprising of:

  • A 270-seater professionally designed and equipped Theatre (with disabled access including lift)
  • Arts Centre Cafe with flexible seating options and adjoining outdoor seating area
  • Upper Foyer (light-filled event space) with sprung floor and full-length glass doors leading to a balcony with views of the School grounds and Hughenden Valley beyond. 

The Arts Centre can be hired in its entirety or each space is available for individual hire.

 

Sports Hall

AV equipped Sports Hall, suitable to hire for indoor sports, conferences and events. Changing room facilities are included in the hire of the Sports Hall. 

Sporting equipment may also be available to hire, subject to separate agreement.

Indoor Swimming Pool

The Orchard Pool is a heated 25 metre indoor Swimming Pool, equipped with changing rooms, privacy blinds and pool-side seating. 

Please note - to hire our Swimming Pool, you must provide your own fully-qualified Lifeguard.

Flood-Lit Astro Turf Courts

All-weather courts, marked out for; Netball, Tennis, Hockey (3/4 pitch) and Football.

Flood-lit Tarmac Courts

3 flood-lit tarmac courts, marked out for Netball and Tennis with perimeter seating and toilet facilities nearby.

Professional Dance Studio

A fully equipped professional Dance Studio, with sprung floor, mirrored walls, Barres and AV capabilities

Landau Hall (Traditional School Hall space)

A large traditional well-lit hall space, equipped with toilet facilities, disabled access, doors opening to seating terrace and grounds. Convenient access to car parking.

Industry Grade Science Labs

Our Living-roof Science lab is available for location/film hire only.
