Swimming team qualifies for National Finals   

The U11 IAPS Swimming team would have qualified for the IAPS National Finals, had it been able to go ahead this term.

This year, there were more than 400 entries in the qualifying stages - 20 of which would have qualified for the National Finals, which were cancelled due to covid-19.

In the medley relay, the U11's time was 1:17:47 which placed them in 19^th position nationally and, therefore, would have secured them a place in the Finals.

In the freestyle relay, their time was 1:07:13, which also placed them 19^th nationally.

Although the team were unable to compete at the Finals, IAPS have produced certificates for the teams that would have qualified which will be awarded to the team in due course.
