Inaugural ‘Rock Zone’ Concert Showcases Superb Talent

The Pipers Music Department hosted a Rock Concert showcase on Wednesday evening, to an audience of parents and staff all eager to see the musical talents of students from Years 5 to 12.

An incredible array of musical skills was on display including an electrical drum solo, Years 5 and 9 Rock Band debuts, stirring Senior and Sixth Form power-ballad solos and an exploration of the Rock genre from past to present day accompanied by guitar, cello, keyboard and even an orchestra ensemble of students and staff.
