Whole School Equestrian

In the Pipers Community, we take great pride in the work we do for charity. This term, the School Equestrian Team held a Hobby Horse Teacher Competition, raising money for the World Horse Welfare charity.

In this whole School event, Year 6 volunteers proudly took to the mic to provide sports commentary, with students from Years 7 to 12 helping to raise awareness for the charity.

On the day, there was real sense of community and undeniable joy as Years 2 to 13 cheered and supported their favourite teachers as they jumped around a course of 11 fences endeavouring to be the fastest (and go clear). Everyone left with smiles on their faces having enjoyed a spectacular performance.

The event raised £315.68 for World Horse Welfare. You can find out more about them here.
