National Careers Week is an annual event aimed at inspiring and motivating students to explore different career paths and develop the skills and knowledge needed to achieve their career goals.

We are very fortunate at Pipers to have our very own Head of Careers, Mrs Rogers, who takes a holistic approach to career education, introducing the concept of professions and career paths at an early age and providing more targeted support further up the school, bridging the gap between education and the workplace.

This year Mrs Rogers organised a range of activities including talks from industry professionals, motivational speakers, alumnae, and parents. She also arranged a fantastic quiz to delve deeper into the career history of our very own teaching staff, to demonstrate that most people have a non-linear career path in the modern world.

Here are some photos from this weeks’ events – building excitement about future pathways for all year groups.
