Senior Dance Company Perform at ENERGIZE

The Senior Dance Company made waves in the local dance community with their recent performance at ENERGIZE. The event, held at The Wycombe Swan Theatre, brought together primary and secondary schools in the area to showcase their dance talents, and our Senior Dance Company was one of the standout performances of the night, wowing the crowd with their contemporary piece "Rise of the Valkyries”, which many of you saw at the Senior Dance Show earlier this term.

The piece was choreographed entirely by the students, showcasing their creativity and talent. The use of music and movement to tell a story was particularly effective, and the dancers moved with precision and grace, conveying a sense of power and energy throughout the performance, which was performed to over 700 audience members.

The organisers of ENERGIZE were incredibly impressed with our student’s performance and praised them for taking the show to new heights. It's clear that they had put in countless hours of hard work and dedication, and their efforts paid off in a big way, especially given the piece was originally choreographed for ten performers, but they had to adapt it to suit seven for this particular show.
