Matt Willey visits Pre-Prep

Pre-Prep have become the proud owners of their very own bee masterpiece, on the side of their Pre-Prep building.

They were delighted when Matt Willey, the US artist currently in residence with us, took time out from painting the Orchard Pool honeybee mural to get creative with them. He joined the children for the afternoon and they watched in amazement as he created a huge vibrant bee on the brickwork in the sunshine. This in turn generated a great deal of creativity amongst the children who produced their own buzzing works of art.

A wonderful afternoon incorporating nature and art in the early autumn sunshine.
