Whole School Examinations

Pipers Corner is celebrating outstanding GCSE results once again this year. There was an increase in the number of the highest A* grades achieved compared with 2015, and almost three quarters of all results were at grades A*- B. 95% of all results attained grades A*-C.

In Geography, History, Art, Music, Religious Studies, Dance, Textiles, Drama, Food Technology and Statistics at least half of all students entered for the subject achieved an A* or A grade.

Over a fifth of students in Year 11 achieved A* and A grades in at least 8 subjects and particular congratulations go to the following girls who achieved at least 10 A*/A grades: Ruby B, Natasha B, Jade B, Ella H, Katie P, Katie S and Eleanor S.

Headmistress, Mrs Helen Ness-Gifford said,

I am enormously proud of all our Year 11 girls today. We are delighted to have maintained our high percentages of overall pass rates and particularly pleased to see the increase in the number of the very top A* grades. I look forward to welcoming so many of our successful students back to Pipers when they embark on their A Level courses in our Sixth Form, and sharing in their continued success in the years to come.
