All Hail Macbeth

Year 9 and 10 students hugely impressed when they presented an abridged version of one of Shakespeare’s most well-known works, “Macbeth” to parents and senior girls.

Using minimal props and costumes, the play delivered all the intrigue and excitement you would expect as the audience followed the story of Macbeth, through to the tragic fate which awaited him.

The staging of the play really helped to further the girls’ understanding, not only of the play itself, but also of Shakespearian language in general.
