Whole School Pre-Prep and Prep

At the end of February, cowboys and cowgirls of the Pipers Community assembled for an energetic evening of dancing with local live band, the Wick Trimmers, and their enthusiastic caller.

The Landau Hall was transformed into a barn with hay bales and festive bunting which was handmade by the girls of Milton House. The evening commenced with a two course dinner and the chance to purchase sparkly hats and raffle tickets, for which there were many exciting prizes to be won. Following the dinner the music began and everyone took to the floor to swing their partners and do-si-do, make arches and promenade.

A fantastic amount of £453.08 was raised during the event and all proceeds have been donated to “Guide Dogs for the Blind”, an amazing charity that breeds and trains dogs to become guide dogs for blind people.

It was a fantastic night of fun and laughter. The girls of Milton House, would like to thank everyone who contributed to the organisation and running of the event as well as everyone who attended. I’m sure they would all agree that we had a very enjoyable evening.
