Raising money for charity in the Prep House Fair 2023

In support of their chosen charity for this term Make-A-Wish UK, our Prep students arranged an exciting array of lunchtime events within their Houses for the Prep House Fair.

As part of the many games and activities on offer, the students organised lucky dips, ‘Doughnut on a string’, ‘Decorate a cake’ events and 'Guess how many sweets in a jar'. A particular favourite this year was 'Sponge the Teacher', where we saw Mr Spargo and Mrs Blake get soaking wet on (thankfully for them) a lovely hot day. The different year groups worked hard together supported by the Prep House Captains, as well as encouraging some healthy competition between the Houses.

So far, the students have raised in excess of £2,000, with the final figure to be announced very soon. You can see some pictures from the events in the Flickr album below.
