Prep Art Day

Prep had an incredible time off timetable for their annual Prep Art Day recently.

A packed schedule of different activities throughout the department included clay modelling, making huge fish, creating intricate pencil drawings and much much more! The students not only developed new skills but also worked hard to create some stunning pieces of artwork that will be remain on display in the department.

The students relished the opportunity to work for a more prolonged period of time on their projects and enjoyed seeing the fruits of their labour. Some pieces will continue to be developed over the coming weeks and will ultimately be on display at the forthcoming School Art Exhibition in the summer term. 

Students and parents are invited to join us for the Prep Art Day Learning Outcome on Thursday 27 February 2020, from 1600-1700 hours in the Prep Hall. This is an opportunity for students to show and discuss their work undertaken as part of Prep Art Day and to share their learning experiences in Art so far this year.
