Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning

As part of the many charitable events that happen throughout the year at Pipers, the School played host to a Coffee Morning on Friday 23 September to help raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. 

Armed with a variety of homemade cakes kindly donated by parents, the Arts Centre was filled to the brim with new and existing parents all ready to enjoy cake, company and to partake in a raffle. Three prizes were up for grabs with the parents especially keen to win the coveted grand prize of a beautifully presented Macmillan-themed cake, made by Justyna, a member of our in-house catering team Holroyd Howe. 

After collating the donations received, we are so pleased to have been able to raise over £400, with the winner of the fabulous cake generously donating it to a nursing home in Hillingdon. 

We are incredibly grateful to the parents for their kindness in supporting Macmillan's mission to help and support people living with cancer.
